Before you decide to get your first tattoo, you should know if you can do it
Chronic contraindications
- Blood clotting disorders (haemophilia, thrombocytopenia, fibrinopenia)
- Insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (type 1 or a complex form of type 2 diabetes)
- Oncology and chronic acute inflammatory diseases.
- HIV, AIDS, hepatitis, syphilis, etc.
- Severe skin diseases: psoriasis, atopic dermatitis (eczema) ! but there are different forms of manifestation of the disease, it is better to consult a doctor.
- Chronically high blood pressure: hypertension
Temporary contraindications
- Common cold, fever
- Acute allergic reactions of the skin in the places of application of the tattoo
- Temporary weakening of immunity
- Exacerbation of chronic diseases
- Physical damage to the area of the skin on which the tattoo is planned
- Pregnancy, breastfeeding
- Acne on the area of the skin on which the tattoo is planned
How to prepare for the tattoo session
- During the day before and on the day of the session, do not drink alcohol and blood thinning pills (for example, aspirin). Reduce your coffee intake.
- Come in comfortable clothes that do not tighten the tattoo place
- A day or two before the session, moisturize the tattoo site with cream
- Need to get enough sleep
- Eat well before session
- And be in a good mood
Other details
- It would be great if you could come alone, as I always aim to provide you with care and attention. However, if you need support or a translator during the session, you may bring one additional person.
- Having a direct connection with you is important to me, and just as your friends do, I appreciate hearing your thoughts on the tattoo, as it allows me to create the best possible result.
- Please also inform your companion that the waiting process might be quite boring for them, and there won’t be an opportunity for conversation during the tattooing session.
- I also ask you to inform me as early as possible about rescheduling the session or changing the design idea.
